The intuitive experience you get from ClickDimensions’ built-in email marketing capability makes creating, sending, and detailed tracking of bulk HTML emails fast and simple. Easily use the HTML editor to create email templates to suit any audience, with the built-in library that contains pre-formatted email templates that look good no matter what email client your recipients use. Take advantage of the ready-to-use, easy to edit layouts and then from there you can quickly put together a template to include your own branding, contents and links. Format your text, import layouts, graphics and documents quickly and easily.
If you don’t have time to create a HTML marketing email and need to broadcast it quickly, simplify your life with the OutlookCast feature. The seamless integration between ClickDimensions and Microsoft CRM allows you to go to Microsoft Outlook (or any other email application), generate your list from Microsoft CRM and click on the Outlook Cast icon; you then get an OutlookCast email address representing your marketing list. All you need to do now is send your email to the Outlook Cast email.
ClickDimensions allows you to see all the sent emails details which include reporting on email delivery, opens, clicks, unsubscribes and bounce data at mass mail out and individual recipient level.
Marketers know the importance of subscription management. With the ClickDimensions subscription list feature the recipient has the option to select what to unsubscribe from and what not to, instead of unsubscribing from everything.
Additionally you have the option to either send a single or drip feed nurturing emails automatically.
The domain address in your email also allows you to have the links show as your website not ClickDimensions.
Discover who is really interested in your products/services by tracking web activity of anonymous and identified visitors on your website. Build a profile about prospects, their company and what they have viewed on your site before making the opening call. The profile screen in CRM gives users the complete view of the visitor ‘lead’ or ‘contact’ including their web browsing history, lead score, email interaction, information on social networking and any form submissions made on the website.
Because the ClickDimensions service runs in real time, it shows you site visits, page views and form captures within seconds them visiting your site. The data is then seamlessly brought into Microsoft Dynamics CRM so you can instantly create reports, workflows and advanced find views.
As ClickDimensions tracks individual visitor activity on your website, each visitor accumulates a score based on their web visits, page views, and any links they click on from an email campaign plus more. You have the flexibility to set the default score values which means you may score certain pages higher or lower based on their level of importance in showing visitor intent.
This lead score can be used by your sales team to quickly and easily qualify which leads to pursue. Here is a simple example in order to explain scoring vs. grading. If you’re selecting your perfect mate, there are some criteria’s you have set out; smart, funny, stable – whatever floats your boat. In the world of marketing automation we refer to this as grading or qualifying criteria. Scoring is the next step, once you’ve found that perfect match. ClickDimensions has all the data stored in Microsoft CRM, therefore you can do queries and workflows to find out which visitors best meet your qualifying lead criteria. With this information available to you, you can prioritise who is most interested in your product or service quantified by their score.
A CRM campaign record can have information such as ClickDimensions emails, web visits, page views and form capture records all linked. This will assist you when you want to trace all interest, traffic and/or conversions to specific web pages, landing pages and micro-sites.
When you’re doing marketing campaigns, you want to be able to link specific pages and/or forms on your web site to your Dynamics CRM Campaign records. For example, for a new product you might have set up a dedicated landing page/microsite. You’ll want to track exact visits and visitors of this page to your campaign record. This very simple with ClickDimensions as you can easily place the CRM Campaign code in the page(s) you want linked with that campaign. In the CRM campaign you can view all visits, page views and form posts nicely linked to the campaign record.
It is easy to create web forms in ClickDimensions using the drag and drop designer or if you just want to integrate your existing website forms into Microsoft Dynamics CRM. When a visitor submits a form, their email address is checked against all email addresses in CRM to avoid duplication of data. If the contact already exists in CRM, the form is linked to their CRM record, if they are not an existing contact in CRM, then a new Lead or Contact record can be created.
There is no need for technical skills with the drag and drop form designer tools simple to use form creator. Just drag and drop the fields you would like to include in the form, place the fields in order and then specify a message to show when the visitor submits the form. This option allows you to embed the form in any of your web pages by providing you the iframe code and also gives you the full form HTML for those who want to make further amendments to the form.
To use your existing forms and link to CRM, you simply create ClickDimensions form capture records for the forms you want. All you need to do is enter the name of the form you want to link to CRM, associate one or more of the form fields you configured in CRM and place a link in the form capture to re-direct the visitor when the form has been submitted.
Easily create surveys using the drag and drop survey designer in ClickDimensions. You can create your questions, drag onto a page and customise the design with a custom header, footer and confirmation message. That’s all it takes, no technical skills required.
Various types of survey questions such as rating scale, list, single-select (radio button), multi-select (check boxes) and text can be created.
Surveys can be emailed to Leads, Contacts and Accounts and even linked to Case records. The surveys can be placed on web pages so Anonymous Visitors can complete them. If the Contact completing the survey already exists in CRM, then all the data the Contact completes is linked to their CRM Contact record.
With most individuals now using social networks, ClickDimensions uses the latest social discovery techniques to find publicly available prospect or customer information from the social web.
ClickDimensions social discovery can often find the individual’s exact LinkedIn profile and transfer in CRM their information such as picture and job title updates. The social discovery service also searches the Facebook and Twitter APIs. This information being available to you in Microsoft CRM will give you as much information about your Leads and Contacts as possible, therefore knowing more about your Leads from the social web, the more you can understand their fit with your qualification criteria.
